5. User Content
You retain ownership of any images you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you:
- Grant us a limited license to process your images for video generation
- Confirm you have the right to use and upload the images
- Agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Understand that uploaded images are temporarily processed and not permanently stored by our AI provider
6. Generated Videos
Videos generated by the Service:

- Should not be used to deceive, defraud, or mislead others
- May not be used for commercial purposes without written permission
- Are your responsibility once downloaded
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing

- FAL.ai - For AI video generation
- Stripe - For payment processing
- Supabase - For authentication and data storage
Your use of the Service is also subject to these providers' terms and policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Specific results or quality of generated videos
- That the Service will meet all your requirements
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatchSantaCam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
