CatchSantaCam is an entertainment service that uses artificial intelligence to generate videos featuring Santa Claus walking through user-provided security camera images. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credits and Payments

Video generation requires credits, which can be purchased through our Service:

  • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
  • Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any images you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you:

  • Grant us a limited license to process your images for video generation
  • Confirm you have the right to use and upload the images
  • Agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Understand that uploaded images are temporarily processed and not permanently stored by our AI provider

6. Generated Videos

Videos generated by the Service:

  • Are provided for personal entertainment use only
  • Should not be used to deceive, defraud, or mislead others
  • May not be used for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Are your responsibility once downloaded

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
  • Impersonate others or create misleading content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Upload content depicting minors without parental consent

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by CatchSantaCam and protected by intellectual property laws. The Santa Claus character and imagery used are based on public domain representations.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service uses third-party providers including:

  • FAL.ai - For AI video generation
  • Stripe - For payment processing
  • Supabase - For authentication and data storage

Your use of the Service is also subject to these providers' terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Specific results or quality of generated videos
  • That the Service will meet all your requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatchSantaCam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CatchSantaCam from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
